Caffe fork that supports Cell Proposal Network (CPN), forked from Faster R-CNN/caffe on April 26th, 2017, which was forked from BLVC/caffe on June 27th, 2015.

Changes compared to Faster R-CNN/caffe include addition of crop and deconvolution layers from BLVC/caffe
