Support hexagonal tiling + store preferences in a file

• Add support for games with hexagonal board tiling
• Preferences are now stored in ~/.gogui-prefs (issue #7) (if you were using a previous version of gogui, its settings will be reset)
• Ability to export and import the list of programs
