This PR adds the option to enable/disable the pulse animation by adding a new variable to the
TutorialCoachMarkclass.I thought the clearest way to add this feature would be to separate the
AnimatedFocusLightStateinto two classes, one for a static focus and another one for a dynamic focus with a pulse animation.
