Volunteer can access & track Special Request status

Why

As a: Volunteer getting information on / attempting to check on a special request
I want: To be able to access the history of an individual special request
So that: I can use BellBooks instead of attempting to locate paper records

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario: 
Given - Volunteer is in the special requests section
When - They make an action to view an individual request
Then - They can see relevant details/dates/updates/information

Notes:

Special request information should include:

• Status: Waiting / Fulfilled / In Progress
• Updates since original logging
• Initial request date availability / prospects(?)

+ Existing Info:

• Recipient ID
• Request Contents
• Date requested by recipient
• Logged by (volunteer)
• Logged date
