Why

As a: Volunteer
I want: To be able see current with Special Requests in BellBooks
So that: Te don't have to maintain whole separate system to track them

Acceptance Criteria

Scenario:
Given - I am using the application from web
When - I click a Special Requests navigation piece
Then - I can see all the Special Requests outstanding and fulfilled

Just a list of the special requests is good for now. A special request should have:

  • Recipient name
  • Recipient ID
  • Request information
  • Date requested
  • Date submitted into system
