PCard-79176
[auto config] Resume from history csv file.
Resume breakpoints through historical files, and policies with the same configuration can directly obtain performance data.
Sample: Delete jobid 3 and 6 from the complete history csv file to create a resume csv file. The breakpoint resume function will supplement the two deletion strategies based on the resume csv file.
