Bincode code block does not handle its index position

Currently it always treats the code block from its head:

>> binary/read #{010203} [UI8 UI8 UI8]
== [1 2 3]

>> binary/read #{010203} next [UI8 UI8 UI8]
== [1 2 3] ;; should be only [1 2]
