This PR adds functionality to produce plots of snow-to-liquid ratio (SLR). The SLR field is obtained from the GRIB2 "SDEN" field (snow density, in kg m-3) using a simple conversion. Testing of this functionality has been sucessful for a RRFS-MPAS case on Jet (see figure below).

For reference, the "SDEN" code in UPP uses a diagnostic from the University of Utah. GRIB2 output of "SDEN" was added to GSL's RRFS-MPAS runs via this merged PR in UPP: NOAA-EMC/UPP@d1f6167.

@cshartsough @Brian-Jamison — This PR is still a draft while I gather feedback on plot aesthetics. Once finalized, will it be straightforward to add these plots to the web (for MPAS_physics_dev1, etc)? Thanks!

@jaymes-kenyon yes it looks like it should be easy to add to the web page.

@Brian-Jamison — Thanks for the review! I'll work with others to deploy this latest code into real-time MPAS runs. For web viewing, the new .png files will have a "snoliqr_" prefix.
