Allow extended phenodata file names: not just phenodata_20*.* but also phenodata_xxxxx_20*.TXT Date field is not checked for presence. File list is restricted to .TXT files.
Question mark (?) has special meaning in DOS. It can not be used directly in for loops (unless secaped or substituted by some string (I use -QM-)
