I have added more configurations for the Travis CI to test.
It basically just enables some defines in configuration.h one at a time and checks that it still compiles.
Some of the LCD's need to be compiled with certain boards that are not setup in the build environment yet so these have been commented out for now to stop the test needlessly failing.
There seems to be a problem with the build environment/ino and multiple extruder's at the moment so these are also commented out until I can look at it, they do compile using the Arduino IDE.
