I get the following iteration counts:

Solver converged after 16 iterations
Total number of LVPP iterations: 16
Total number of Newton iterations: 87

Compared to:

Convergence was reached after solving 17 LVPP subproblems, reaching α17 = 226, requiring a total of 25 Newton iterations averaging at 1.47 iterations per LVPP subproblem.
