Building sims directly from log files is crashing out. Need to upgrade this to be able to build expressions when loaded by itsefl
More work on simulation testing routines. Appear to be getting very close to finishing this
Added some small logging changes to our generators. Working out issues with some routines when loading simulations from passthru files directly
Releasing new versions of all packages once built out.
Logging and generation for expressions and simulations updated now. Completed unit testing without issues

Built new changes for all the generators for logging and output creation. Merging into develop for testing inside the injector application
