Maybe the last man-page not converted to asciidoc format was the linuxcnc.1 page because it was preprocessed. This PR changes that, converting it to adoc format and preprocessing it before conversion into man-page format.
The PR also fixes a typo in the Submakefile (docsclean => docclean) and prevents an empty cp operation (seen locally when experimenting with html docs building).
