First checkout Minimal TWRP with OmniROM Tree:

And execute these:

mka recoveryimage
Testing it:
fastboot boot out/target/product/onclite/recovery.img
Flash it via fastboot:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Or use Official TWRP App to install it.
