Polish translation

I made a Polish translation. Since adding it to the package manually does not help (instead of the language name, the language code is displayed on the list, and it cannot be loaded). Implementation by the author is necessary

my .json file editor doesn't have line numbering. I created the file based on A-template.json

If you have a PC, you can fork the repo and rename the domain from github.com to github.dev to edit the file, it will show you where is the error. Otherwise, some code editor like vscode can also show the format error.

I made some corrections to the translation. There was actually something wrong with the file, because my Android editor wouldn't even open the file

Replace the file with a new one and it will be perfect. In the version you sent me the translation works. I had to make small corrections to the translation errors.

And yet, I also corrected the line "by" so that it sounds sensible in Polish, I changed it to "issued by" - "wydane przez"
