Introduce the `ImageTransformerCover` class to support image transformations that cover a specific width and height. Additionally, ensure proper disposal of Graphics2D objects in `ImageTransformerFitHeight` and `ImageTransformerFitWidth` to improve resource management and prevent potential memory leaks.
