This repo contains various scripts used in ILRI's research computing infrastructure.
These scripts automate various tasks such as:
- Mirroring CentOS, Fedora, Arch Linux & EPEL upstream repos for local use within our research computing infrastructure.
- Backing up 389 LDAP server, MySQL & PostgreSQL DBMS, linux partitions, e.t.c.
- Creating interactive shells on compute nodes using slurm allocation - salloc.
- Adding new and or accessing users details on 389 LDAP server.
