This PR aims to add a new fields to events for users with the DataSuite plan, so we can track custom fields through game-analytics. Bundles with this PR I've also gone ahead and added typing to the public facing API, this should allow developers to more easily use the API with their code editors. Finally, I've gone ahead ran stylua (the current industry standard lua formatter in the roblox dev space), on the codebase to help improve readability.
