- Autoreconnect on unsuspend; probably totally castrated by the lack of connect error ignoring

- mouse_is_xterm == 2 ?
- flashing changes
- sk_getport ?
- sk_localproxy_* ?
Things that have been removed:
- 2015: Ignoring connect error: Too buggy for non-ssh, and too contentious for printing errors for ssh
- 2015: Paste timing may have gone / pastedelay. Upstream keep gutting the area and may have fixed the problem; need to test.
