[CP Staging] Use the text View for child items on the search page

Explanation of Change

For child rows when we group expenses on the report page, use the text "View" (or corresponding translation) for the text in the Action column, to make sure we don't use the parent row's non-action label, such as "Paid".
cc @luacmartins tagging you for review because I'm not super familiar with the search page and don't know if there are other situations where we should not display "View" for child rows.

• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers
