I'm not running anything on the EL18 yet that would need higher baud rate on the internal uart, but this has no apparent unpleasant side effects for X9D+, T15, Boxer, NV14 or EL18, for either internal or CRSF external modules (400k and 5.25M)

I tested int and ext module with ELRS and looks good for all different BAUD, only 3.75M not working for int module and it is a known problem for the ELRS port of all Flysky TX modules.
