Update the wavelength-resolved optical depth, single scattering albedo, and asymmetry parameter for aerosols in TUV-x prior to calculating photolysis rate constants.

Acceptance Criteria

  • TUV-x photolysis rate constants are calculated for the aerosol optical properties for each column and each timestep
  • Until an aerosol module is added, just set all the optical properties to zero for each grid cell/time step
