Bumps Teku version to 23.6.2 to pull in changes related to Gnosis capella fork. This fork is scheduled to take place within 24 hours at epoch 648704 (current epoch).
Discord context.
Gnosis operators will need to add
--Xnetwork-capella-fork-epoch=648704- if we support this via Teku or from Mainnet capella that is fine, we just need to let Gnosis Chain users know or if they will need any additional tweaking.
