Missing coins on Conflux wallet

Hi

10 days ago I started to mine conflux by nanominer to check how's it's work's, after about 24 hours i had 2xcoins, and they have been send to my officaial conflux wallet, two days ago I've check wallet again, and it was empty, history is clear ass well... can somone explain me what's going on? or this whole conflux is just scam?

Hi, I think you can type your address in the ConfluxScan to check the balance of your address first. On the address details page, you can see the transaction history

Actually, if your address is correct, all the transactions will show on the address detail page of ConfluxScan. So I think you should double-check your mining setting and contact the mining service.

Hi I talk with them, they said contact with conflux support, please check attachment, I also see this transaction and I had this coins on my wallet straiht after I mine them, I was checking that, but as I said before i checked wallet 2x days ago and it was empty without any history and I'm 1000% I had this tokens before, that's why I'm writhing to you becouse it's really weird, I could say somone hack my account, and okey than my fault, but my transaction history on wallet is totally empty, honestly i don;t care to much about this two coins, but I wanted to mine conflux for longer time with safe wallet, but now I won't do it becose I don't feel safe there, also i definietly won't recomend it to no one.
