HER-37: Create Booking Model

Issue

https://raquelanaroman.atlassian.net/browse/HER-37

To support speaker scheduling, we would like a Booking model to track scheduling requests

Acceptance Criteria

  • create a Booking model with the following attributes:

event, start_time, end_time, status

  • The class should have the following relationships

belongs to event

has one speaker through event

has one order as a product

has one user through order

Changes

  1. Create the Booking model.
  2. Modify the migration file to include necessary options.
  3. Modify the Booking model to define relationships.
  4. Add enum for status and validations to Booking model.

Review Checklist

  • I have documented my code with code comments.
