spack spec yac fails with ==> Error: Package 'libmtime' not found. because yac depends on libmtime, which is not a spack package yet. I don't see any package depending on yac. Maybe we can just remove it. @jonasjucker Do you know why yac is in spack-c2sm? Who uses yac? Can we remove it or should we add Sergey's libmtime?
I added yac when I first introduced sergeys icon-package.
Did not notice it is not a dep of icon.
Therefore I suggest we remove it. We can still add it again in case we need it.

Yac didn't work, because it had a dependency on libmtime, which was not in spack.
