developed in Python 3.7.x and Django Back-end with Vue.JS, HTML5 and CSS3 Grid and Flexbox front-end 
will not use Bootstrap or SCSS, Using core langued feachers with only one framewrok for frontend and backend. will use mostly Server-side Rendering of HTML templets with CSS styling and JS controles for non-cridical tasks. For tasks that need high secrity, those will be server-side "Back-end" apps Django project. Will use premade Django apps to speed up development. 
DjangoRestFramework and Django-Classifed apps will be used to implomet needed feaches, and I will alos use myown apps for the rest of the project.
