Requirements
Summary
This PR upgrades the FHIR 2 dependency version to 2.1.0 which is bundled by Bahmni OpenMRS distro. The breaking changes from OpenMRS FHIR2 has also been addressed. openmrs/openmrs-module-fhir2@7bb9ef5
