  1. Starting at URL: https://wordpress.com/design
  2. Hover over a theme preview

What I expected

Button animates in from center

What happened instead

Button animates in from bottom right-hand corner

Browser / OS version

Mac 10.11.4, Chrome 50.0.2661.102
