Fix svg mock in JS tests

Based on #5264

Changes proposed in this Pull Request

• It fixes a warning in JS tests related to the SVG mock.
  • Idea got from Try to test component with React generated form svgr gregberge/svgr#83 (comment)

Testing instructions

• Run npm run test-js -- course-upgrade-step
• Make sure you don't see the warnings: Warning: <SvgrURL /> is using incorrect casing. Use PascalCase for React components, or lowercase for HTML elements.
