i18n: widgets.wp.com keep loading when locale is set to he (Hebrew), in Firefox

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Jetpack master (latest, as of today) on a site using the latest version of WordPress.
2. Go to Settings > General, and change your site language to Hebrew.
3. Load your dashboard in Firefox.

This will happen:

Deactivating Notifications solves the problem.

If it helps, I think the problem may be somewhere around https://widgets.wp.com/notifications/rtl.html scripts.

When you load in firefox: https://widgets.wp.com/notifications/rtl.html?jetpack=true&v=20151007&locale=en#http://somedomain.dev

Nothing happens, but when you change the locale from en to he or ja then the problem starts.

I'm also seeing this - it is really annoying, and I had to disable jetpack.

@guss77 Until we fix this issue, you don't have to disable the whole Jetpack plugin. You can go to Jetpack > Settings and only disable the Notifications module, it will solve the issue.

Well, its taken a year now. So it is time this get some attention dont you think ? Australians, and many others have the exact same problem. But we get the work arounds to change to english or to turn of notification. But many of us need every module on the jetpack.
