Contributor License Agreement

Before we can accept and merge your PR, you must sign a Contributor License Agreement (CLA). This is a one-time requirement for Huawei Ascend projects on GitHub. To learn more about CLA, visit its Wikipedia page.

Upon creating a pull request, a CLA bot will verify whether you have signed the CLA. If you have, your PR will pass the CI check for signed CLA. Otherwise it will fail the CI checks and be labelled with a cross. You will only need to sign the CLA once for all current and future pull request you submit.

Signing the CLA is very simple and takes no more than a minute!
