Guide on how to get your cookies

You are suggested to use the web page login method to get the cookies automatically for you.

Cookie names that should be contained in the cookies

  • ltuid and ltoken
  • Or account_id and cookie_token
  • Or ltmid_v2 and ltoken_v2
  • Or account_mid_v2 and cookie_token_v2

Steps to get your cookies

  1. For players on the CN server (miHoYo/米游社), visit the Wiki page (recommended) or the home of the Genshin Impact section on the miHoYo website. For those on the global server (HoYoLAB), turn to this web page.

  2. Clear cookies and refresh the web page.

  3. Log in to your account.

  4. After successful login, open the developer tools in your browser, navigate to the Console tab, type in document.cookie, and press Enter.

  5. Copy the result without quotation marks.

    For example, if the result of document.cookie is 'ltuid=12345678;ltoken=abcdefg;xxx=ooo', you need to copy ltuid=12345678;ltoken=abcdefg;xxx=ooo.

What if the result does not contain any group of the cookie names listed on the top?

It is usually because the required cookies are HTTP only and cannot be retrieved by document.cookie. In this case, you will need to navigate to the Application tab, scroll to the Cookies section, and assemble your cookies manually with each cookie in the format of <name>=<value>;.
