This is a variant of the "csyntaxgen" tool proposed in #404.
Rather than having two tools, "clightgen" and "csyntaxgen", and two code bases with some duplication, we just add a
-csyntax
option to the "clightgen" tool, making it produce Csyntax AST instead of Clight AST.The implementation shares as much code as possible between the Clight and the Csyntax outputs.
