NOAA CSV/ZIP files parsing and conversion to AISdb format with PostgreSQL and SQLite implementation. Using flag
source='noaa'(case-insensitive) in functiondecode_msg()will trigger new functions incsvreader.rsto parse and ingest NOAA data. Solve #119. This is also the last part of NOAA data pipeline.
