Generate a list of operators that are not yet documented.

The aquascape reference guide documents an incomplete list of operators.

Assuming all operators are listed in Stream.scala, it should be possible to generate a list of all operators from the class, docs, or by parsing the file.

This can be compared with the manually-written list in the reference guide to get a list of operators that are not yet documented.
