disabled and deleted alarms still play

Steps to reproduce

1. Create alarm
2. Disable or delete it
3. alarm still plays

Expected behavior

Disabled and deleted alarms shouldn't play

Actual behavior

alarm will appear disabled or deleted within app, but will still play. Will also be visible in alarm quick tile

Since updating to 9.0 this happens every time I try to disable or delete an alarm
