Hours and minutes aligned Right to Left in alarm and stopwatch

Steps to reproduce

In alarm mode and stopwatch the lowest unit is on the left and the largest on the right.

Expected behavior

Alarm 23:59
Stopwatch H00:M00:S00

Actual behavior

Alarm 59:23
Stopwatch S00:M00:H00

Other details

I suspect that that is due to the OS language. I'm using Hebrew which is RTL. Iv'e seen similar problems in other apps where somehow numbers and other things automatically change to RTL while there's no sense in that.
