问题描述

单击地图后，地图跟随鼠标移动，并且展示的地图内容是初始化当前屏的。

单击后是不是没有立刻释放鼠标，正常地图不会跟随手

这个问题我测出来了，地图放在弹出框里是没有问题的，但是直接在页面渲染，有这个问题，单击后立即释放也是这样。

可以提供一个复现的最小项目，光靠描述不是太清楚产生原因，目前只能猜测是地图上面有其他元素导致事件这块混乱了
