Describe your documentation update

The definition of structured vs. unstructured grids can vary between people and projects, and we get questions related to what grids xCDAT supports.

We should

  • List structured grids we know we can support (through testing and validation)
  • List alternative tools for other grids (e.g., refer to UXARRAY for those working with "unstructured" grids)
  • Add a note that not all structured grids have been tested to work with xCDAT
