Description

Issue:

We need to provide the capability to create groups under custom federated authenticators, similar to what is currently supported for enterprise IDPs. This will enable setting role permissions for federated authenticated users (authenticated with custom federated authenticator) based on the corresponding identity provider's group-to-role mapping.

Currently groups from the federated authenticator is being shared back with the application.
However, not having the view to define groups of the federated authenticator limits assigning roles for groups and sharing those roles with the application.

This needs to be fixed by RC.
