Yep and that makes it a bigger change, so I'm moving it to 2.1 the soonest. |

Do you guys see passing the entire set of td and th HTML into filters? If so I don't mind writing the patch. |

We'll look at this for the upcoming 2.1 release of the plugin. Not quite sure what the best way to do this is right now. |

Added a couple of hooks to allow for insertion of new "th" and "td" table data for plugins that need to provide additional gateway settings, when those settings are better suited for the overview tab rather than within each payment gateway's individual settings page.
