Product Query: default Popular Filters (Newest) conflicts with the actual default order (by title)

Describe the bug

The products of Product Query are ordered by title by default while the Popular Filters setting is set to Newest (by default). This makes merchants confused.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add a new page.
2. Add the Products (Beta) block to the page.
3. See products are ordered by title.
4. Open the sidebar setting.
5. See the Popular Filters setting is expanded by default and the Newest is selected.

Expected behavior

The Popular Filters default option should match the default product order.
