Update Xtensa Rust version

• Remove rustfmt component from no_std
• Compile std projects
• Update Xtensa Rust version for both builders

Unfortunately, even when removing the target directory, we still have an issue with the image size - the .espressif directory gets really big. So let's keep these commented out for now.

Let me take a look at it! I also thought about installing cargo-audit and cargo-generate from GH releases as it way faster, maybe this is a sing to do it.
