A subtle animation feature

In the home page of waku.org, when we visit the subscribe to newsletter section, there is this box

I would like to add an animation to this that when user enters the details, the "first name or pseudonym" or the "email" text moves up, and if they click somewhere else, it comes back to it's place, making the animation and experience sleek
