Calling player.poster('path/to/image') throws js error in Firebug #1028

In v4.4.0 calling .poster('path/to/img') updates poster, however only when I use video.dev.js. If I use video.js I see errors thrown in Win7 Firefox:

TypeError: a.i[c] is not a function

I can confirm this. It needs to be added to the exports.
