Re-implement scaling limits for Zone.rst()

Hi again,
Is there any way to limit the maximum/minimum size of a zone?? When we load the rst() method and we call after that EnableScalingLimit(), it changes nothing. It's like it's not calling the function. Could you provide a working example of how to use this function?
