Changes reflect migration steps as outlined here: https://v1-22-x.sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/upgrading-sdk-version/v1.22.2/ https://v1-22-x.sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/upgrading-sdk-version/v1.22.1/ https://v1-22-x.sdk.operatorframework.io/docs/upgrading-sdk-version/v1.22.0/ Prior version was v1.21.0. This also upgrades the golang version to 1.18.5. There were some updates to the operator code as golangci-lint version had to be updated too.
