Save draft button does not always work #91
Comments
can't reproduce consistently but is affecting some users. |
May I ask to clarify the issue? Is it "Save draft button does not always work"? Else it could be understood as a duplicate of #138 I just tried out saving drafts. I authored a post with just a title "test" and clicked "Save draft". It gave me a scary "Publish draft" modal which feels like something I would want to do once the draft was ready for publishing, not when trying to store my work for further edit prior to publishing it later. #127 is also a bit ironic in this context as the modal literally says "publish". Anyway, in the end my draft was nowhere to be found. Where should I look for my drafts? Is a draft supposed to be stored encrypted? |
Weird, this is a bug then.
The "My articles" menu on the right on the Write page. I have some work in progress improvements to the Write page that should list recent drafts and articles and will be a lot more obvious.
No, is not. It uses kind 30_024 instead of 30_023. |
Ok, I found my draft under "My articles". No encryption is sort of not good and probably not what people expect when saving drafts. On the contrary I could imagine an option to show also draft articles in the client then. "Read articles before they are finished writing." |
