Ahoj,
you have wrong ratios for these brewing methods:

Aeropress - should reflect 16g coffee to 200ml water as basic recipe
Frenchpress - should be 1:15 ratio
Coldbrew - should be 1:8 (but I reccomend 1:10)

Also to be considered:
Chemex recommends 1:15 ratio (in app is 1:17)
Moka recommends 1:7 but my personal opinion is that 1:10 (current default) is OK
